Public Notice of the Evaluation Results of the Procurement Bidding 

Our company is now tendering for the (completed cost consulting) materials of the No. 3 berth and inner berth project of the third phase general-purpose wharf in Dafeng Port Area, Yancheng Port. The tender documents (No.: FWFA00000065648) were released on November 13, 2025, and three suppliers purchased them. The tender submission deadline was November 27, 2025, and three suppliers participated in the tender. The public opening of the bids was conducted on the Supply Chain Management Information System of China Communications Construction Group on November 27, 2025. 

The bid evaluation committee, in accordance with our organization's bidding and procurement management measures and procurement procedures, and in line with the evaluation methods and standards stipulated in the bidding documents, after a rigorous and serious review, recommends the following proposed winning candidate units: 

First place: Yongdao Engineering Consulting (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Suzhou Branch. Bid price: 3,200,000.00 RMB. 

Second place: Tsingbei Construction Management (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Bid price: 3,366,666.00 RMB 

Third place: Jiangsu Yongce Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Bid price: 3,400,000.00 RMB
